In an upcoming series of articles we address change, communications, and connections from the perspective of technology and computing. We hope to offer some insight into how change, communications, and connections in computing are affecting business.
Change:
How well have we adapted to change? How has the change to cloud computing and cloud storage impacted our use of computers? How has the power and availability of smartphones affected business?
Communication:
How do we communicate? How do we get our message out there 24 x 7 x 365? How do we support those who want to access our resources and our services at all times of the day?
Connections:
Lastly, how do we develop and sustain that lasting connection with our customers? Once we have obtained that customer how do we make sure that they don’t go elsewhere for their services next time?
